  • The presence of natural wood grain on certain products should be viewed as a captivating attribute that showcases the exquisite texture, rather than a flaw.

We do not offer refunds. However if you happen to receive a damaged product or an incorrect product, we would be happy to offer you an exchange without any shipping charges. Exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product, as requests made after this timeframe will be deemed non-refundable and non-exchangeable. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused and in its original packaging, maintaining the same condition as when it was initially received. To facilitate this, we require you to provide a clear photo of the damaged/ incorrect product, along with the corresponding Order ID. Please send this information to our dedicated email address at

We kindly request that you provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase to facilitate the exchange  process. To make the experience hassle free, we offer a convenient door service for picking up and delivering exchanged items. Please be aware that products damaged due to mishandling after 24 hrs from the date of delivery will not be eligible for exchange. Additionally, we reserve the right to decline exchange requests for customers who exhibit a pattern of frequent exchange. Return Policy:

For the safety and hygiene of your little ones, we do not offer a return  policy. Once opened by the recipient, we cannot assure its sanitization, hence as per our brand policy we are not comfortable in taking the return and re listing it.
